East Asia: Research and Teaching
Many opportunities exist for graduate students to gain teaching experience. Students may T.A. in the Japan section of the East Asian Civilization course, as well as for other undergraduate courses with substantial enrollments. Advanced graduate students are encouraged to develop and teach a course related to their own research interests.
