Latin America: Conferences
While the workshops at the University of Chicago provide a rigorous and exciting forum to present and discuss recent scholarship, students are strongly encouraged to present work at national and international conferences. The meetings of the Latin American Studies Association, the American Historical Association, and the Conference on Latin American History are especially noteworthy.
