Paul Cheney is the New Director of the Center for International Social Science Research (CISSR)

Paul Cheney (History) has begun his tenure as the new faculty director of the Center for International Social Science Research (CISSR). He succeeds Jenny Trinitapoli (Sociology), who served as director since 2017. Cheney is a historian of Europe with a specialization in old regime France and its empire.
